Dramatic spiked and crown circlet headpiece made in thick PVC.   Embellished with crystals and studs.  Fit is adjustable with buckle in back of head. 

Shown in clear PVC.   

Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware.

SMALL/MEDIUM fits 20-23" head size.
MEDIUM/LARGE fits 23-26" head size.
