This dazzling harness tiara headpiece made in clear PVC is adorned with dozens of rhinestones for a dreamy, sparkling, eye-catching crown with harness details. Buckles at back of head.  Detachable chin straps buckle under chin.

Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware.
