Mina Harness Hat

This red full-size faux straw hat is trimmed with a translucent red PVC buckle hat band and harness straps that buckle under the chin. Nice and structured, not floppy, with a wide brim and a round crown. The ultra-oversized brim paired with the bright red color makes this a dramatic statement piece!

Fits up to a 23" head size. Shipped with a hat box.
