Mini Witch Hat Harness Headpiece

In my quest to make a harness headpiece out of all things, it's about time to do a witch hat! Classic pointy witch hat, in black PVC, on a harness headpiece.  The hat can be positioned anywhere along the headband to perfectly accent any style. Handmade in thick PVC.

Fit is adjustable with buckles in back of head and under chin.  Chin straps are removable with strong, heavy duty snaps.

Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware.

SMALL/MEDIUM fits 20-23" head size.
MEDIUM/LARGE fits 23-26" head size.
