Peplum Harness Skirt

Mysterious, gothic, witchy harness belt skirt made in leather, PVC, or vegan leather.

A gauze mini-skirt/peplum ruffle with raw-edges is attached at the waist.  

This is a perfect layering piece.

Fit is adjustable with buckles and straps at waist and shoulders.

Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware. 

Shown in black vegan leather.
