Superstar Choker Collar

Delicate choker collar with 5 star and rivet embellishments. Available in a wide variety of PVC color combinations.

Collar is 1/2" wide, and stars are about 1" in diameter.

Shown in black with neon pink stars.  

Neon pink PVC is uv reactive and glows under blacklight!
